Reiki Level I This beginning level 1 Reiki training is a
comprehensive 2 day class. Reiki methods, taught by the founder, Dr. Mikao
Usui and the teacher who brought Reiki to Western culture, Mrs. Hawayo
Takata will be studied. The class is a combination of lecture, discussion,
demonstration, meditation, and practice time. Each student experiences
giving and receiving a complete treatment with every technique presented. The following information and techniques will be covered:
Reiki ideals just for today: Feel no anger, Have no worries, Show gratitude, Be diligent in all undertakings, Treat other with kindness Founder……Usui Mikao
PLUS you are eligible for monthly Reiki Circle where you can continue a
monthly practice, instruction, support and recharging your energy. Continued Reiki practice once you leave the class,
is very important. Please find the time to not only do Reiki on yourself,
but with people from your Reiki class, family or friends. Additional
practice is necessary to gain the experience and confidence you need to
fully utilize your Reiki training. |
