SOUND HEALING WITH TIBETAN SINGING BOWLS
The history of Tibetan Singing Bowls goes back to the 8th century A.D. The making of these traditional bowls has been handed down from generation to generation, within a Family. The bowls I purchased and use in my healing sessions can be tracked through the same Tibetan Family to the time of Buddha.

These bowls are made of a special 7 metal alloy of gold, silver, iron, mercury, tin, copper, and lead. Each of these metals is considered sacred and align with the 7 creative planets and the 7 chakras of our bodies. Each bowl is finely tuned to a specific note which affects each individual chakra.

It takes 3-4 people to hand-hammer each bowl, while chanting healing intentions into every strike. The healing experience of these hand-hammered bowls can heal both through sound and through vibration because of the consciousness used in creating them.

A healing bowl session: To experience a healing bowl session, the Client is fully clothed and resting comfortably on a massage table. The bowls are used in specific arrangements around or on the body. The bowls are then rung in deliberate sequences, depending on the symptoms expressed by the Client. The tones of each bowl will reach deep into your core energy, unlocking blockages in the Chakras, allowing healing to take place. The sound made by the bowls is both captivating and calming. A healing bowl session will last approximately 1 hour. Please allow a little extra time before and after your session to talk, get grounded, and drink water. Clients often experience a profound sense of well-being after a session.

Donna has been using the Tibetan bowls as a wonderful tool in her healing practice since 2008. She studied four levels of the art of Tibetan bowl healing with Suren Shrestha, a native of Nepal. He learned from Tibetan Monks and yogi Tahalkishor Maharaj. Suren raises money from his teaching to build and support an orphanage for the homeless children in his native village
